Barnatalent is a new project, so at the moment I started publishing some posts and I prefer selecting the quality of the information rather than posting many topics. Also, I’m doing micro blogging on Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook about topics of Human Resources, Networking, Social Media and Personal Branding to provide my followers with more references.
The project is growing day by day also thanks to the experience shared by people I know through Social Media and in real life. They are from many countries; work in several industries, involved in family business, small-medium sized or multinational companies. As I said in one of my post about networking, making quality contacts, sharing ideas with them and keep on do it on regular basis is a real challenge, but it’s very enriching and part of a long-term strategy.
