Mos employments agencies ask you to register your CV in their Website. If a recruiting agency thinks your profile is appropriate for a particular job they will arrange an interview with you, after which you might be expected to do a series of personality/IQ tests “psicotécnicos”. This can be difficult if you have never done them before and it is recommended to practice online beforehand. Spanish people are prepared from school age for these tests and you will be expected to do well. The fact that you are foreign must not be used as an excuse as potential employers will expect you to have adapted to the Spanish employment scene. It is a good idea, however, to ask for the tests in English as the language contained within the tests is often deliberately tricky.
